IRA Skills Certification Process |

|
1. Acquired skills and positioning :
- The applicant positions himself on a referential field and level according to his acquired skills, his work experience and his actual functions in his company.
2. Commitment in the procedure :
- The applicant applies for a record to IRA Certification. - The request can be made as part of a training on the elearning IRA platform or at the IRA training center.
3. Skills evaluation :
- Perform practical work and/or work guided by an examiner. - Pass the knowledge test (Success with +70% of correct answers).
4. Validation : (Council)
- To have an admissible application record considering documents to provide and admissibility delays. - At the end of the evaluation, the examiner's judgment and the test results are filed in the record and submitted to the Certification committee which will confirm or not the certification.
5. Follow-up procedure :
- Information to applicants wishing to renew their skills certification after the effective 5 year period.
